IMPORTANT UPDATE
After much consideration, GutFit Health will be closing its doors permanently from 1st October 2026.
While this marks the end of an important chapter, we are incredibly grateful for the support, trust and genuine sense of community you have shared with us over the years.
It has been a privilege to play a part in your recovery, health and wellness journey from our beginnings in St Kilda through to our time in Hampton. We are so thankful for every client who placed their trust in us and became part of the GutFit Health community.
GutFit Health will be open this Saturday 19th September, and Sunday 20th September, for anyone interested in purchasing colonic beds, saunas, products or other equipment. We would love to see these items find a new home where they can continue to support health and wellbeing.

HEALTH BEGINS IN THE GUT
Colon hydrotherapy, also known as colonics or colonic irrigation, helps hydrate your colon and body, enhancing the function of your digestive system and improving your colon's peristalsis.
Peristalsis is the natural wave-like movement that occurs in your digestive system to propel food and waste through your gastrointestinal tract. It's similar to giving your bowel an internal workout at the gym.
By simulating the peristaltic action of the colon, this therapy restores normal muscle tone, effectively addressing intestinal transit issues like constipation and diarrhoea, without the need for medication

Coffee and Probiotic implants can be added to a session that is part of a pack for $50. An hour session includes a consultation and preparation prior to your 40 minutes of treatment. Please allow approximately 15 minutes additional time for your Probiotic/Coffee implant session. 24 hour cancellation policy applies to ALL bookings. No refunds or transfer on packages.
